Founder's Story
WRKWTH was born from my years of supporting entrepreneurs, community-led organizations, and tribal governments. With over nine years in community development, I saw a common challenge: purpose-driven leaders doing meaningful work but weighed down by daily operations.
I founded WRKWTH in 2021, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. That time forced me to adapt quickly while continuing to support the communities I worked with, including managing coworking spaces that faced new and unexpected challenges. Out of that experience came a deeper understanding of how critical flexibility, reliable systems, and strong support are for organizations to thrive.
I am especially passionate about helping early-stage entrepreneurs bring their ideas to life. Starting something new takes courage, and I believe clear systems and reliable support make the journey more sustainable.
Today, WRKWTH provides subscription-based business support for nonprofits, solo entrepreneurs, and tribal clients. From operations support and workflow design to communications and project management, we build practical solutions that keep work moving forward. With a strong background in Native-focused organizations and tribal nations, I bring culturally informed strategies that honor community needs and priorities.
