If you need steady, ongoing help with admin tasks, reporting, or systems, a monthly subscription is ideal. If you’re looking for short-term or project-based support, one of our weekly/one-time packages is a better fit. We also offer custom support plans for clients with unique needs.
All monthly subscriptions require a 3-month minimum. This gives us enough time to onboard properly, establish systems, and provide real value. After that, support continues month-to-month.
No. All packages are designed to be used within their set time period to help us plan capacity and maintain reliable service. Monthly hours reset each month, and weekly/one-time hours expire after 7 days from the agreed start date.
